What we take on
Tenant finish-out and build-out, office and clinic refits, retail and restaurant interiors, reception and restroom remodels, and the drywall, flooring, ceiling and painting scopes underneath them.
What commercial work demands that residential does not
Occupied space changes the whole job. Work runs around trading hours, dust and noise get contained rather than tolerated, and exits and life-safety routes stay clear at every stage. Landlord requirements and building rules usually sit on top of the permit, and both need reading before a schedule means anything.
Slab conditions matter as much as they do in a house. A tenant space in a 1970s strip centre may have cast iron under the slab near the end of its life; a 2010s building will be post-tension, where no drain moves without locating tendons first.

How a commercial project runs
We walk the space with whoever holds the lease and whoever runs the operation, because those are rarely the same person and they want different things. From there: measured scope, landlord and permit review, a phasing plan that says which areas close when, then build to inspection.
